Here are the steps for your online therapy session with us:

  1. From your computer or smart phone, click on the link sent to you by your therapist, and you’re in session.

That’s it. One step, and you’re talking, securely, with your therapist.

Our telehealth platform (fancy words for our not-FaceTime) is handled through our electronic health record system. It’s very efficient and establishes a good connection. It even allows for document sharing, if you’re collaborating on something with your therapist.

Payments are handled through the same platform, and if you’re submitting to your insurance, as of July 2017, NJ law requires your insurance to pay for telehealth sessions as if they were conducted in person.

The only catch for this is that the initial session is usually required to be in-person.
