  • Dr. Randolph Shipon
    DR. R. WOLF SHIPON PhD, NJ /NY Practicing Psychologist
    OWNER AND CLINICAL DIRECTOR

    Dr. Randolph Shipon has served as a psychological evaluator for more than 20 years, a director of psychology at a healthcare facility, a psychotherapy practice owner, and is the assistant director of clinical training at a university where he trains doctoral students in Counseling Psychology. 

    Dr. Shipon’s clinical background includes extensive training in individual psychotherapy approaches, brief therapy, clinical hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). He has done a lot of coursework in mind-body therapies. He is licensed as a psychologist in NJ and NY, and licensed as a professional counselor in NJ. His areas of expertise include positive psychology, holistic health, disabilities, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and trauma.  He has trained, supervised, and graduated dozens of therapists at all levels who have gone on to become independently licensed and who became psychotherapy practice owners and professors themselves. 

    At Inner Wellth, Dr. Shipon now provides brief therapy services, supervision, and consultation. He handles all the intakes for Inner Wellth LLC and provides supervision to the therapists working with the organization. His favorite part of the year is the summer in his local lake community, where he can be found on a kayak, usually with a fishing pole and his ukulele.

    Agata Sroka is the dedicated and highly organized Operations Manager at Inner Wellth LLC.

    Agata's work keeps the practice running strong. 

    With a rich background in computer science and extensive experience in administrative roles including at large agencies, Agata ensures that every aspect of operations runs smoothly. She thrives on creating a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

    Known for her friendly demeanor and exceptional organizational skills, Agata is always ready to assist clients with scheduling their appointments, handling administrative issues, and making sure everything is in order. Her commitment to providing seamless client experiences and proactive handling of medical coding, billing, and insurance communications makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

    Whether it's scheduling your appointments, managing payroll for the therapists, or ensuring the prompt submission of session notes, Agata successfully bridges efficiency with empathy for our clients in every interaction

  • Megan Szymanek
    MEGAN SZYMANEK MA, LPC, OCD/Trauma Specialist

    Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Arts in Psychology and a specialization in Mental Health Counseling. With nearly a decade of experience, she has worked with a diverse range of diagnoses, age groups, and challenges. Megan is passionate about helping individuals who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt and holds certifications as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). Megan’s therapeutic style is authentic, integrative, and rooted in compassion. She tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Insight-Oriented Therapy. She views symptoms as clues and seeks to heal at the root. Megan views the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership and integrates humor and personal insights to humanize the experience and build meaningful connections. Beyond therapy, Megan is an avid seeker of balance and authenticity in her own life. She is a wife and mom to two young boys who teach her daily lessons in humility, acceptance, and self-compassion. A forever learner, Megan is committed to growing and evolving alongside her clients, helping them uncover their inherent strengths and create lives of purpose, authenticity, and inner peace.

  • Jecksenia Chaparro
    JECKSENIA CHAPARRO MSW, LSW, LCADC, Psychotherapist

    Jecksenia Chaparro is a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the field of addiction. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University. She has worked in various treatment settings, including detox, inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and private practice.

    Jecksenia has extensive experience providing substance abuse evaluations and treating adult clients from diverse backgrounds who are impacted by addiction and co-occurring challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and general life stressors or transitions.

    Jecksenia incorporates interventions from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Relapse Prevention Therapy. She utilizes a person-centered approach, prioritizing a therapeutic relationship built on trust, non-judgment, compassion, and understanding. Jecksenia works collaboratively with clients to promote hope and empowerment and achieve personal growth.

  • Katie Armstrong MA MA LAC
    KATIE ARMSTRONG MA, MA, LAC, Health Psychology Practitioner

    Katie is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey. She has a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University, along with a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University.

    Prior to joining Inner Wellth, Katie provided individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults at Short Hills Counseling. She has experience working with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns including: anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, and performance-related stress — as well as helping clients navigate major life transitions.

    As a former collegiate athlete, Katie brings a unique perspective into her work. She is skilled in working with athletes and high performers to help reduce performance-related stress and anxiety. 

    Katie's person-centered approach to therapy incorporates evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition, Katie believes in building a supportive therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and empathy, while empowering clients to work toward their goals by offering both practical tools and a safe space to explore their challenges. 

  • Dr. Ashley McCall
    DR. ASHLEY MCCALL PsyD, Psychology Resident

    Dr. Ashley McCall is a postdoctoral psychology resident with a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Elizabeth University. She has gained valuable experience working in inpatient and private practice settings, providing therapy to older adolescents, couples, and adults of all ages.

    Dr. McCall’s academic and training experience has been with treating individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, substance abuse, and general life stressors and transitions.

    In addition to her clinical work, she serves as an adjunct professor for a Doctor of Counseling Psychology (Psy.D.) program at a local university. Dr. McCall takes a culturally competent approach to therapy, integrating several evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.

    Her primary theoretical orientations include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Believing strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship, Dr. McCall emphasizes a collaborative, non-judgmental approach built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect. She is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their concerns, achieve personal growth, and navigate life's challenges with confidence.

    ANTONIA YANUZZI MA, LPC, EMDR Specialist

    Antonia is a passionate therapist focused on moving people past their obstacles. She loves sharing techniques with clients that have research evidence in helping people overcome problems and increasing engagement, passion, and joy.  

    Toni's practical life experience stretches beyond psychotherapy, as she had a full previous career as an educator and in educational leadership. She takes a practical, no-nonsense approach to therapy and has a reputation for helping her clients arrive at relief, hope, and practical solutions for their challenges.  She is pragmatic and helpful in many different life scenarios. 

    As a proud parent, she is intimately familiar with the complexity, challenge, and reward of raising children while navigating our world of adult responsibilities.  She is valued for the connections she is able to make between her clients and the resources that support them. 

    Toni is warm, empathetic, and light-hearted.  She makes her consultations enjoyable and engaging. She has special expertise in EMDR which she has refined over several years after extensive training.

    CAITLIN REDDING MA, LPC, EMDR Specialist

    Caitlin specializes in working with women who are feeling 'stuck' due to stressful life situations. She has pursued continuing education and supervision in the area of trauma and understands the unique needs of people who have been through tremendously difficult circumstances. Caitlin has developed an effortless and natural style of relating to people and is skilled in working with a wide range of issues.

    Caitlin utilizes an integrative trauma-informed approach, customized to each individual’s unique needs. Her style is to work collaboratively to achieve goals. She focuses on her clients’ strengths while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.  Caitlin has expertise and extensive training in EMDR. 

    Caitlin connects well with others because of her innate compassion, which has only been enhanced by her professional training. She validates a person's unique experiences from a standpoint of accurate listening because she knows about the healing power of being affirmed and not judged.
