Stacy is the wellness coordinator of the practice. She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT), meditation teacher, certified holistic health coach (CHHC), and hypnotherapist under the supervision of Dr. Shipon. If you are looking to overcome habits that have become tiresome, or need to increase your success level at a health and wellness task, Stacy is the person to seek.
In her individual consultations, Stacy practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she looks at how all the areas of a person's life are connected to overall health. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Are the groceries you are selecting or your hydration level getting in the way of optimal health in relationships, school, or work life?
As she works with her clients, she looks at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Her approach is not to dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, she works with her clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
